Aster Horses Camps – Policies & Terms
Bookings & Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place at camp.

Spaces are allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

Bookings are non‑transferable unless agreed in writing by Aster Horses.
Refund Policy

No refunds are offered once a booking has been made.

Refunds will only be considered if the participant provides a valid medical certificate (for riders) or a veterinary certificate (for horses) confirming they are unable to attend.

Certificates must be submitted within 7 days of the camp start date for a refund request to be reviewed.

If approved, refunds may be subject to an administrative fee.
Horse Welfare & Suitability

All horses attending camp must be fit, healthy, and up to date with vaccinations.

Any horse showing signs of illness, lameness, or unsafe behaviour may be asked to leave for welfare and safety reasons.

Riders are responsible for the care, feeding, and management of their own horse throughout the camp.
Rider Responsibility

Riders must follow all instructions from coaches and staff.

Appropriate riding gear, including a correctly fitted riding hat and suitable footwear, must be worn at all times.

Riders participate at their own risk and must disclose any relevant medical conditions at the time of booking.
Safety & Conduct

Aster Horses reserves the right to remove any participant (rider or horse) whose behaviour compromises safety or disrupts the camp.

No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted on site.

Dogs must be kept on leads at all times, if allowed on site.
Weather & Cancellations

Camps will run in most weather conditions.

In the rare event Aster Horses must cancel due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date or credit may be offered.
Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during camp for promotional use.

If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing before the camp begins.
Aster Horses Shop
Returns
Items are supplied to you on unconditional basis. If they do not meet with your requirement, we will replace the item or refund the cost (not including postage costs). Returned items must be unmarked and unused, including tags, and in a resale able condition. Bridles are non returnable and must be ordered to the correct size of your horse and are adjustable on fitting.
When Ordering a Petrie CYB, they are specifically made to the customers requirements including the sizing, colour and design. We cannot take responsibility for any sizing or measuring errors. When a pair of Petrie boots have been dispatched to the customers address, if any alternations are requested by the customer and need to be returned to Petrie, alterations and postage costs will charged to purchaser/customer and the Aster Horses Store which is run under the company of Daniolo Ltd, will not be responsible for any additional costs.
Goods will not be refunded if not returned within 21 days. We strongly suggest a Certificate of Posting is obtained as this allows us to claim if the items were to become lost or damaged in travel.
When returning an item from outside the UK please specify on the packaging and on any customs documentation that your parcel is a return, otherwise customs charges may occur. The return will be credited when the returned goods have been received by us, except for international returns made via DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc. which will be credited after 45 days due to possible charges from these carriers against the receiver .

Postage
Postage is set at a fixed price. Any items under 12kg are set at £6.99. For any items over 12kg, the postage is set at £9.99. Any orders over £100 are free delivery.

We make the effort to maintain the prices quoted on this website but sometimes this is not possible. We reserve the right therefore to discontinue any item from this website and change prices as and when necessary.
All prices are shown with VAT at 20%.
